Fabrication

The 7 steps of Fabrication:
  • Cutting: Steel materials are cut into shapes and sizes.
  • Drilling and punching: Drill holes into the steel components for connections.
  • Bending and shaping: Shape the steels to meet the design specifications using press brakes or rollers.
  • Welding: Weld pieces together to form subassemblies or complete components.
  • Surface Preparation: Remove impurities to improve coating adhesion.
  • Coating: Apply protective coatings to strengthen durability and prevent corrosion.
  • Inspection: Fabricated parts are assembled and inspected for quality before shipped to on-site.
